How am I expected to relax when the poorly designed bathroom has no shower curtain, ruining my stay? Furthermore, receiving no complimentary upgrade after facing all these inconveniences was just unbelievable. They really know how to make a guest feel special! Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. I deserve better treatment, period.

Excellent breakfast buffet with diverse options.

The reception staff was rude and unprofessional. The check-in process was frustrating as the receptionist yelled and refused to help when we arrived early. It was disheartening to deal with such unkind behavior after a long journey.

The hotel had a prime location for a quick overnight before my flight. Staff went out of their way to accommodate transportation, arranging a driver to Carthage for a seamless experience! Breakfast was diverse, offering a variety of fresh pastries, meats, and cheeses, making mornings enjoyable. The amenities like the hairdryer and shampoo added a thoughtful touch that enhanced my stay.

The room amenities could use some upgrading.

Room was super spacious and had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a nice seating area. The bathroom was clean with good amenities like a hairdryer and shampoo. Breakfast had different kinds of meats, cheeses, and pastries. The staff arranged a driver to take me around. The location was handy, close to the airport and city.
